The Forty Days of Lent
Lent runs from Ash Wednesday through the Saturday prior to Easter Sunday. Lent is a time for prayer and penance, fasting, worship, reading and study of Holy Scripture and giving. It is a time when we watch what goes into our heads and hearts, and when we think about what comes out of our mouths and what shows in our actions. A special Sunday morning sermon series will be presented by Rev. Edward M. Fashbaugh, II, Lead Pastor. "The Journey" (traditional) Service is at 9:45am Sunday mornings.
